DESIGN ADVISORY SERVICE

Focused professional guidance for clients who would like the expertise of an interior architect while retaining responsibility for implementing their project. Particularly suited to clients navigating a renovation independently, developing an existing scheme or looking for expert input before making significant design decisions.
The service provides 90 minutes of 1-to-1 design consultation across two meetings, giving you an opportunity to receive initial direction before returning to the studio for a focused review.
Initial Consultation — 60 minutes
We review your plans, photographs, ideas and key design questions and provide professional direction on areas such as spatial planning, furniture layouts, materials, colour, lighting, finishes and renovation decisions.
Design Review — 30 minutes
A follow-up session allows us to review your progress, refine decisions and resolve any outstanding design questions.
Includes:
~ Pre-consultation questionnaire
~ Review of client-supplied plans and photographs
~ 60-minute initial design consultation
~ 30-minute follow-up design review
~ Written summary of key recommendations
~ Selected material, product or design references where relevant
Design Advisory does not include CAD drawings, CGI visualisations, technical documentation, procurement or contractor coordination.

A complete design concept for individual rooms, created by the studio and ready for you to implement independently.
Room Make-0vers is ideal for clients who want a professionally resolved interior without requiring the extensive architectural, procurement and project-management services associated with a full renovation.
We develop the overall design direction, layout, furniture, lighting, materials and finishing details to create a cohesive scheme tailored to both the property and the way you live.

Room Makeovers are intended for rooms that do not require significant architectural intervention. Kitchens, bathrooms, extensive bespoke joinery, technical construction drawings, procurement, contractor coordination and site supervision fall within our Full-Service Interior Architecture & Design service.

Our most comprehensive service, for clients who want the studio to take responsibility for the design of their property from initial concept through detailed development and implementation.
The service is suited to whole-home renovations, substantial residential projects, new-build properties, boutique hospitality and selected commercial projects in the UK and internationally.
Our full-service approach encompasses every aspect of the interior, from initial research and spatial planning through to detailed design and final specification. This includes:
~ Concept & Space Planning — Design research, space planning, furniture layouts, material direction and concept development.
~ Interior Architecture — Kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, architectural detailing, lighting and electrical design.
~ Visualisation — 3D modelling and CGI imagery to communicate the design before implementation.
~ Technical Design — Detailed drawings, elevations, sections, schedules and documentation for contractors and the wider project team.
~ Furniture & Finishes — Specification of furniture, lighting, materials, textiles, window treatments, artwork, accessories and bespoke pieces.
~ Implementation — Design coordination, procurement support, site involvement, installation and final styling where included within the project scope.
Every Full-Service project is individually scoped and quoted according to the size, complexity, location, level of specification and required level of project involvement.

Mood boards, sketches, schematic drawings and 3D visualisations presented for your review. The design direction is shaped collaboratively at this stage.

Construction drawings, material and finish specifications, and the full FF&E package are developed once the design is approved.

Q. How do I schedule a consultation
Send us an enquiry through the form on our contact page with a brief description of your project. We will respond within two working days to arrange a convenient time.
Q. Can you work with my existing furniture?
Yes. We are happy to incorporate pieces that hold personal or cultural significance into the new design. During the discovery phase, we assess which existing items work within the overall scheme.
Q. How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope. A single-room redesign may take two to three months; a whole-home transformation typically spans six to twelve months. We provide a detailed timeline as part of your project proposal.
Q. How much can I expect to accomplish in a
1-hour consultation?
Clients are often surprised by how much can be achieved during a one-hour consultation. Many leave the session feeling inspired, clear on their next steps, and full of fresh ideas for their space.
Our approach is focused, thoughtful, and highly efficient.
If you’re considering changes across several rooms or would like more in-depth guidance, we may recommend booking a two- or three-hour session instead. We’re happy to advise on the most suitable option when you submit your enquiry.
Q. How MUCH ARE INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN PROJECTS ?
Each project is quoted uniquely with design fees starting at £20,000. Once you filled in the enquiry form and had a discovery call we'll get back to you with a design fee quote.
Q. Do you work outside London?
We work with clients across the UK and internationally. For projects outside London, we adjust our site visit schedule and can manage procurement and installation remotely where needed.
Q. How does the consultation work?
Our consultations are held online via video call. Before your session, we’ll email you everything you need to prepare, including a link to join the call.
During the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share your space through screen share or video, ask questions, and receive tailored feedback. The session is designed to be collaborative, flexible, and shaped around your specific needs.
